All of our concerts start on time. Doors open 30 minutes before the announced concert time.
Social distancing
In order to avoid large crowds at the entrances, we ask that you please show up early and have your ticket ready.
Keep your distance to other members of the audience, and follow instructions from our concert hosts as to which seats can or should be used.
Show your ticket twice
When you arrive at the Academy, you have to show your ticket at the reception to be allowed to enter the building. Your ticket still needs to be registered into the concert hall, meaning you will be asked to show your ticket twice.
Contact information for tracking infections
If you have bought tickets on behalf of others, you are the contact person for that group in the event of an infection trace after the concert.
Stay at home if you are sick
Follow general advice from the authorities. Stay at home if you or someone in your group have symptoms of Covid-19.
Unused tickets
Free tickets that have not been registered in the concert hall five minutes before the concert starts, can be given to new audiences. If you have a free ticket that you know beforehand will not be used, please let us know at konsertinfo@nmh.no so we can give your ticket to someone else.
