Annual report – candidate and supervisor
The reports are a supplement to the ongoing supervision of the project and the candidate, and they should provide the institution with information about the status of the project and of the supervision.
They should also detect and remedy any lack of progress on the project and the mandatory part of the programme as well as any shortcomings in the supervision. A lack of or inadequate reporting by the candidate may result in involuntary termination before the end of the contract period, cf. Section 7-3 of the Regulations. Supervisors who fail to fulfil their reporting obligations may have their supervisory responsibilities removed.
The deadline for submitting the annual report is October 15.
