Pianist Trond Schau has an international reach, with concerts in a number of European countries, the USA and Japan. He performs both as a soloist and chamber musician, and his repertoire ranges from Bach to contemporary music. As a soloist with orchestra, he has performed concertos by Grieg, Ravel and Stravinsky.
His collaboration with composer Lasse Thoresen and flutist Maiken Schau resulted in the critically acclaimed CD Sea of Names in 2017.
Trond is also an accompanist at the Norwegian Academy of Music.
