At the library you will find the source material you need to get the most out of your education

Library opening hours - summer 2026

We will maintain regular openings hours until week 25.
During week 26 the library counter is staffed only from 10.00 - 14.00.
However, extended access will be available for NMH employees and students from 09:00 to 22:00.

Week 27-31 (Monday June 29th - Sunday August 2nd): CLOSED (no extended access either)

Starting from week 32 (Monday, August 3rd) we will resume our normal hours.
If you wish to return books or scores during weeks 27 to 31, a return box will be available outside the library door.

Ordinary opening hours

Staffed hours (access without access card):

Monday to Thursday: 09.00 - 15.00.
Friday: 10.00 - 15.00.

Extended card access to the library for NMH students and employees Monday to Friday: 09.00 - 22.00, and Saturdays and Sundays in NMH's opening hours.

Any changes in opening hours in connection with public and official holidays, Easter, summer, and Christmas will be published here on the website.

Streaming Services: Be Conscious and Use the Library

The library offers a large CD collection and several streaming services from Naxos, Electrothèque, and MediciTV. The services provide various genres within classical and jazz, both in audio and video formats. Here, you can stream content without advertisements.
