Cul­tur­al Diversity in Music Edu­ca­tion II

The programme is aimed at students who have completed Cultural Diversity in Music Education I or an equivalent relevant course of study. The continuing education program will be offered for the first time in the 2026/2027 academic year and subsequently every three years.

Module II has a particular focus on instrumental and ensemble teaching, as well as further development of the student's independent professional practice. Students will advance their skills in utilizing their own musical traditions and cultural resources in music teaching and communication.

The program provides 30 ECTS credits and is structured around 4 intensive sessions: two week-long sessions in the fall semester and two week-long sessions in the spring semester. Additionally, there will be a project week and practice placements tied to various teaching and communication contexts.
