Kristian Bøkseth about the concert

I hope this solo concert can be a fire that radiates warmth, energy, struggle, beauty and vitality. The bassoon is the fuel, the music and the room is the oxygen, and I am the temperature that keeps the fire burning. I hope to show how this pretty, but dangerous fire can motivate you through hip-hop vibes, lyricism, bassoon-wailing, hypnotising minimalism, looping, warm sonorities, solos where the bassoon goes with or against itself, microtones and much more.
