Duo Melis

Duo Melis plays a concert at the Guitar Conference 2024.

The Spanish guitarist Susana Prieto and the Greek guitarist Alexis Muzurakis have become one of the most significant guitar duos on the musical scene since their debut as Duo Melis in 1999 at the International Guitar Fair in Volos (Greece). International critics and music lovers have praised Duo Melis' performances for their emotional intensity, virtuosity, and ensemble playing.

Duo Melis has performed at prestigious concert halls such as the Berliner Philharmonie, Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Tchaikovsky Hall in Moscow, Megaron in Athens, and Merkin Concert Hall in New York. They are highly sought after for concerts and masterclasses at international guitar fairs and prominent concert series in Europe, America, and Asia.

The duo will perform at this year's Guitar Conference at the Norwegian Academy of Music.
