  • Meditation

Structure

The teaching is conducted in groups. The approximate teaching duration is 20 sessions of 75 minutes each.

Course requirements

  1. Attendance in the class is mandatory. This means that absence of more than 20 percent results in the student not passing the course.
  2. The student is required to submit two reflection papers per semester. The first paper is due at the end of the first semester and should be approximately 400 to 500 words long. The second paper is due at the end of the second semester and should be 1000-1200 words long. The papers are submitted electronically to the responsible course instructor by the specified deadline.

Final assessment

All course requirements must be approved prior to obtaining a final assessment.

Students are assessed in correspondence to the learning outcomes of the course. The final assessment will be given as a mark of “passed”/”failed” for each individual student, which shall be determined on the basis of her or his level demonstrated through the course work.

New assessment

In the case of new assessment, any remaining requirements must be completed. Failure to meet mandatory attendance does not automatically grant the student the opportunity to retake the course.
