NMH is looking for artists with a high level of expertise and a strong portfolio within performing and creative projects in music. Each position is a three-year appointment beginning 1 September 2025.
The artistic research at NMH is largely organized under departments and focus areas where senior researchers and PhD fellows collaborate, discuss, and develop projects. We are looking for PhD fellows whose projects can relate to and contribute to one or more of these areas. For more information about departments and focus areas, click on the link. NMH is also continuously working to expand its portfolio of focus areas.
This call prioritizes one of three positions in the focus area of classical performance and interpretation with a desire to strengthen artistic development work within this professional environment.
The Arne Nordheim Centre (NordART) runs all artistic research projects at the NMH.
