Exchange Programmes

The Norwegian Academy of Music is proud to serve as a welcoming home away from home for visiting and international students from more than 40 countries.

This page is for students interested in long-term exchange at the Norwegian Academy of Music (NMH).

Through Erasmus+, IN.TUNE, or a bilateral agreement between NMH and your home institution, you can study at the Academy for one or two semesters and receive credits that are recognised as part of your degree at your home institution.

How to apply for exchange at NMH

If you are interested in studying at the Norwegian Academy of Music as an exchange student, your first step is to contact the international coordinator or office at your home institution. You can read more about the steps and requirements below.

IN.TUNE Student Mobility

IN.TUNE is the first European university alliance in music, formed by The Norwegian Academy of Music and seven other music education institutions.

Are you a student at one of the IN.TUNE partner institutions and interested in studying abroad? Here’s how it works!
