Video Auditions 2025

All applicants submitting video material must follow these guidelines:

• Each movement/piece in the video recording must be unedited, but you may cut in between movements/pieces.
• There are no requirements regarding sound and image quality – you are welcome to use a regular mobile phone for recording.
• For classical: You are not required to play with an accompanist, but we recommend performing some of the programmes with a pianist.
• You must submit the video(s) through Vimeo, YouTube or a similar platform. You can choose to submit one or several links.
• The video link(s) must be open and not encrypted or password protected. They must be available for the entire admission period until 1 July 2025.
• The video(s) must be marked with the date(s) of recording. The recordings may have been done over time and in different places.
• The deadline for video submission is 15 January.
• After the application deadline of 15 December, you will receive an e-mail with further details about video submission.

Applicants to specific programmes who live outside the Nordic countries and are unable to attend the live auditions, may choose "Option 2: Video audition and online interview".

We encourage you to attend the live auditions if you have the opportunity. To choose the video option, you must state this in your application form.
