With this concert, they aim to recreate the atmosphere of a Schubertiade or salon concert that could have taken place in the early 19th century. A part of the concert idea is to revive an old and forgotten tradition where a singer accompanies themselves, in this case on guitar, somewhat like a singer-songwriter would have done at that time. Additionally, they will perform significant portions of the repertoire on historical instruments to best recreate the atmosphere of a salon concert. The programme will consist of solo, chamber, and lied repertoire.
